I currently have the most anti-motivating job ever. Plus the company HR policies are not to even talk about. Even though I am making good money I am still miserable at working this job. I have always wanted to be a bartender so my perfect job for me would be a bartender on a Cruise Ship. I believe this would be an enjoyable job because you get free travel and discounts on travel. Also, bartending is a job that is almost always in demand within the service industry, so Cruise Ship the perfect place to gain more bartending experience. The main responsibility of a bartender would be to serve drinks to passengers in lounges and on the cruise decks. In addition to serving and mixing drinks, bartenders must look after all aspects of the lounge to which they are assigned. This can include direct responsibilities like stocking the bar, prepping for happy hours, overlooking schedules, and cleanliness. The most important responsibility of a bartender I would have is always keeping the customers happy. An outgoing, friendly personality is a requirement for any successful bartender. While pleasing
