CHECKPOINT: CHARACTERISTICS OF A KNOWLEDGE- AND- 2 Check Point: Characteristics of a Knowledge- and- Value- Centered Manager Purpose: Having a clear purpose or vision on an accomplishment is a strong way for a manager to boost his team, and help them focus on the project they have on hand. This will be a valued centered. Serving Client Needs: Making sure the needs of the client is being meet a manager will ask question and evaluate the service they are in need of and direct them to the right people to help them. This will be considered to be knowledge manager. Commitments to Staff: A good manager will commit to his workers so they would feel safe to be at work and trust that their manger will have their backs when they make decisions and they feel that they are valued access to the company they are working for
