DEVELOPING A PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL SYSTEM 2 Developing a Performance Appraisal System The purpose of a performance appraisal system will help us to keep a recorded record that will be update each year on each employee, using a checklist on job duties each employee performs and comments made on each employee by their immediate supervisor. All appraisals should be completed between August 1 and August 31, to ensure each and every employee’s has an appraisal done on a timely manner. Keeping up with this appraisal will help us to keep each employee up to date on all the training and keep a yearly review on their work ethnics, we will be able to determine new positions for employees to move within the department and we would be able to see who will need more performance work help or who are just not really fitting in as a team member. Keeping up to date records and performance appraisal will benefit our organization to always have the top and best employees in each position. Each employee will complete the appraisal with the supervisor before the conference, at
