Changing the job design, this is when they should look at job enlargement by doing this they will be adding more responsibility along with making a more complex and challenging job for the employees. When you have the workers to handle more of their work this helps to decrease the need of supervision and help them to come up with a new and better way to monitor and evaluate job performances. The human resource system, helps to recruit for jobs, a person can get helpful information like performance, staff training and development, career development and termination.
