Overstreet, Jr. HSM210 Michael Ruffner 7/7/11 Human resources for the  I am concern of the treatment our returning veterans are receiving when they return home from the war in the Middle East, these soldiers are not receiving the proper medical treatment need for them to adjust back to civilian life. We are seeing a lot of our soldiers becoming violent and stressed out due to the long deployment tour over in the war. With this stress and violent out breaks we see soldiers loosing their families and in some cases committing murder or even suicide or both. 7/7/11 Human resources for the  Due to a large number of soldiers suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Syndrome (PTSD), the veteran health administration are finding themselves behind on counseling and treatment for these veterans because of large numbers of cases. The human resource teams are finding it hard to keep up with these cases due to the over load of work, and they lack the knowledge of the stress and mental punishment a soldier receives in war. 7/7/11 Human resources for the  A human resource worker must learn how to when the trust of the veteran in order for him or her to open up about what is bothering them, most veterans who suffer with PTSD will not trust and open up as easy as any other person. Majority of them are always in a protective mode and the only person he is trusting is himself or his battle buddy, sometimes they will open up with another war...
