Unformatted text preview: Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport The worst service encounter was in Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, we were tired after the trip and journey, and we just wanted to go home. But when we came out of the plane we were totally lost. The airport was filled with advertisements, but there was little or no signs indicating where to go or what to do. We asked around and followed other people to the immigration point. By that time another plane landed with it came, labors who returned from Dubai. These labors are uneducated so they dont know what to and how to fill up forms. Moreover they are treated like rats; the immigration police scream at them and round them up as if they are criminal. On the other hand foreigners and other people are easily allowed to go. This shows discrimination in our national air port against the people who have contributed so much to our country. The problem is with provider gap 1, the civil aviation authorities do not listen to what the passengers want. They have just made an airport and now they running it, they expect, tired passengers would know what to do and they have all the time...
