1.How would you describe NDA’s style of people management? On what assumptions about employees is this based? Ans: Every organization follows their own way to manage their employee. NDA that means nuclear decommissioning authority also have their own style to manage their employee as they assume that if they follow that specific style of management than it would be easier for them to achieve their goal or success. NDA does not directly manage the UK’s nuclear sites. Achieving NDA’s maximum goal is depending on the people working for NDA. NDA holds investors in people status. This shows that the organization works hard to meet the needs of its employee. It does this through its human resource strategy. They used to give many benefits and facilities to their employee depending on some assumption. For example they retaining and re-skilling staff thorough courses as by giving them the best specialized program the goal of the organization could be achieved properly. Moreover they encourage more GCSE science students through the energy foresight programmed because GCSE science student can survive in NDA properly and understand the system rather than other people. NDA also follows the motivational theory given by the great author. For example they try to built talent and team, being open and transparent etc. This conception goes with MCGregor XY theory.

They have piece rates system though it is a traditional method of payment but is only relevant if output can readily be measured. They also give their employee commission payment, performance related pay which helps them to work in efficient way. It is also important to mention that , NDA offers generous leave a good working environment which comprises with a good communication with every employee of the organization. They also support their staff when they re-locate. In conclusion it could be said that NDA’s style of people management is so organized to make the employee worked in a focused way. The employees are also follow the management or accept the style because the employee also feels that they have to develop their personal plan with smart objectives.

2. How does NDA apply theory to practice in the management of staff motivation? ANS: NDA have their own management style but still for managing the staff in a more reliable way they apply some great author’s theory for their organization. By implementing this theory with the original management system the work could be done in a better way. As we know motivation is a key aspect in business, because it drives people to carry out his duty
