P a g e | 9 4.1 Physical Descriptions 4.1.1 Module Configuration 4.1.1.1 Dimension ( See figure2.3.4.10.11.12 ) In order to meet the 2-kg module constrain while largely meet the requirement of the strength of the material, the modules are going to be made of the wood stick frame with aluminum sheet metal of thickness of 1.6mm cover over. The exterior dimension of large and medium modules are 510(H)*500(W)*210(D) mm 3 , with interior dimensions of 500*400*200 mm 3 and 350*300*200 mm 3 respectively; and the exterior dimension of small modules are 255*500*210 mm 3 with interior dimension of 200*250*200 mm 3 . 4.1.1.2 Supporting Columns and Beams Based on the fact that the modules must be able to be installed in any configuration, modules close the bottom will resistant exert large force, thus, a strong supporting column is a vitally needed.
