Assignment- New Employee Training 2 New Employee Training What types of issues might indicate a need for training? To become an owner of a power washer company one must be trained in every aspect of the job. Job training is important because each individual job has certain expectations and sometimes pretty severe consequences. For example: If an untrained person attempted to wash a wooden deck the damage could be pretty severe, whereas; If an untrained person attempted to wash a roof the consequences could be more life threatening. Other forms of training would include how to communicate with clientele and how to represent the company especially on the job site. These are important because any company has an image to uphold and the actions of each individual affects the whole team. From what sources would these issues be identified?
