Focusing on what is best for the company requires keeping our customers happy. The following resource plan provides tools, materials, guides, tips, procedures, and resources necessary to run an efficient business. Presentation on job analysis The attached presentation provides a job analysis for the supervisor position. The presentation includes a layout of the duties, tasks, environmental issues involved, tool and equipment knowledge, and the basic required skills for the position. Duties and Tasks- Proficiency in all power wash positions including: Crew Member: pulls hoses, cleans tools, change and clean tips, pre-wash windows Water Technician: run hoses, exterior wash, exterior rinse Mechanic: replace and fix equipment Crew Chief: trains, hires, and fires crew members, assists water technicians, prepares crew for mechanic position. Environmental Issues A power wash supervisor has the responsibility of functioning in a professional setting. The health and safety regulations are important to abide by and enforce on-the-job site. At times there can be situations dealing with hostile and aggressive customers who can sometimes make this position difficult. Outside working conditions can sometimes have extreme temperatures and dealing with these issues for the whole crew is the responsibility of the supervisor....
