Three day activity analysis There are many simple changes that I can make on a daily basis in order to increase the amount of energy that that I use to do my day to day activities. Food and exercise is what makes a major difference in the amount of energy our body has. Also, a healthy diet will insure that the body remains healthy as well. Whole grain foods contain more grains, thus the body will have more energy for a longer period of time. Exercise is also very important. Exercising a few times a week will also give the body a boost of energy during the day. Sleep is also crucial. Assuring that you sleep at least 8 hours per day is important.

Unformatted text preview: Just like a battery, the body needs time to recharge in order to feel energized throughout the day. Walking and playing tennis are probably the best exercises for me. Both walking and tennis helps me to burn a good amount of calories in a small amount of time. Tennis works out the entire body, while walking helps maintain or lose weight. Walking and playing tennis can both be done all year long, either indoors or outdoors. There are facilities such as the YMCA that have indoor tennis courts. Also, I have a treadmill which I use for when the weather is not the best for being outdoors. Alternatives to walking and tennis include simple things like taking the stairs instead of the elevator when I am at work....
