Companies have to be productive, if they can't than they won't be able to pay their employees the salary's they deserve. In the U.S., outsourcing means fi r ing fullt ime workers and shipping their jobs to a less developed country where wages are lower and labor laws are more lax. The idea of cutting American jobs and shipping them abroad is morally offensive to many. And one of the fastest-growing destinations for outsourced jobs is none other than the U.S. Offshoring can be good for better paying jobs. Everybody needs to have the skills to improve their performance so they can get the job that they want. In a world of uncertainty, one thing is certain, Outsourcing is th riving and will only get bigger--both in India and other foreign shores, but r ight here in the U.S. as well. ...
