1. Name and describe various categories of e-commerce. Business to business: companies providing business with each other, such as the distributers selling products to the retailers. Consumer to business: a project ideal and budget is posted online for company reviews by the consumer. The consumer will then review all information provided such as bids for the project and then select which business will complete the project. Consumer to consumer: person to person sales offered on such sites online like eBay and PayPal accounts. Business to consumer: companies selling their projects and service to the general public. 2. Compare and contrast electronic payment systems. Which type do you use most often? Which type is most applicable for organizations you interact with regularly? Credit card: allows a person to pay with their cards such as visa or master cards

I personally prefer credit card payment systems because of the connivance of not having to refill an account or I am able to use it whenever I need to where ever it is accepted. I normally do not do many online purchases but when\if I do it is normally form Wal-Mart sites or toys r us which both accept credit card payments. 3. Explain how Internet technology supports business-to-business e-commerce. Internet technology allows information to be share more efficiently and effectively. It also allows information to be shared faster and payments to be processed faster. That in return allows business ro function at a more productive rate....
