Time and Place: Tuesday and Thursday 4:005:15 pm Holman Hall, Room 38 2. Tests: I intend to administer three tests over the course of the semester plus a comprehensive, final examination. 3. Final Examination: The final examination will be administered on Wednesday, May 11, 2011, 4:00-7:00 pm. The examination time and date will not be changed because you have two other examinations on May 11; see paragraph 18, below. 4. S CANTRON Test Forms: All tests will be scored using S CANTRON Form 882-E green 100-answer sheets. I require that you purchase and deliver to me, prior to the first test, a 6-pack of S CANTRON answer sheets. Do not open the cellophane wrapper containing the answer sheets. Using a S HARPIE or similar all- SYLLABUS surfaces marker, write your name on the S CANTRON packet; I will note in my records that you delivered your set of forms. I will give you a S CANTRON sheet with each test and, upon request, I will return unused sheets on the day of the final examination. This practice ensures that all S CANTRON answer sheets are fresh not crumpled, folded, stapled, torn, stained, wadded, marked on, dog- chewed, or otherwise mangledand otherwise ready for rapid and accurate grading by the S CANTRON scoring machine. 5.
