Unformatted text preview: values in Success and Respect. These values affect my decision making in numerous ways. From a business standpoint, I always want to be sure my customers are satisfied. Usually, satisfied customers, means success, which is another value on the list. If any of the values I’ve listed ever conflict, my best method would be to find a middle ground, or medium where I can take one those values and develop a compromise. Currently within my organization, the values mentioned are exactly what it is modeled after. By keeping promises and promoting equality XMGT 216 within the environment, there comes a certain sense of respect that follows. With that sense of respect, there comes a sense of pride that allows us to push for customer satisfaction.
