Effective communicators must know how to put words together that communicates thoughts, ideas, and feelings. These thoughts, ideas, and feelings are then expressed in writing or delivered orally. The technique of effective communication and ineffective communication is the way teams are built today in health care. A person who has effective communication technique can be a very strong and confident person in every situation. When individuals are exceptional in expressing themselves, the teams are more likely to respond in a positive way giving the manager the ability to negotiate with the team members.
