In the following essay I will be providing different ideas you have better use of its information capabilities. This will allow its owner to be better informed and better prepared for current changes that may arise. Club IT has invested in a complete remodeling of the club. The club occupies about 6,000 square feet of space with a 600 square foot dance floor, seating for 220, a kitchen for appetizers and short orders, and a bar with four pour stations. My involvement in the club requires me to bring up to date the information management of the club. Ruben and Lisa of the owners, offer live music, DJ's, dance space and refreshments that suit your lifestyle.&quot; Club IT is intended for a young crowd that prefers the music of Local Bands, World DJs, NYC bands, Open Mike, Country, San Francisco bands, Alternative, R&amp;B, Hip-hop, Latin, Jazz, Folk, Techno, Electronic. The crowd that enjoys the events and genres before mentioned range from the ages of 18 to 35 years old. Innovation is the strategy that we are going to implements to create a more competitive advantage in this type of business. But before initiating an innovative strategy we will need a marketing plan.
