What information can you gather from this source? Title: District Innovates to Address Dropout Problem; Cyber high school is having success re-engaging dropouts and at-risk students, earning state funds tied to enrollment. Author: Davis, Michelle R The source to me appears to be noncredible because of the author. The author gives the sentences and then ends with these figures before and after. (&#x) I have never seen this before and I would feel not very comfortable using this source. There is a lot of good information from the source but, not knowing if it is reliable or not is a problem. Title: Remarks by president Barack Obama at the America’s promise alliance education event subject: improving America’s schools location: U.S. Chamber Of Commerce. Source: Congressional Hearing Transcript The fact that it came from the congressional White House translator it can be considered credible. I know that the president would not allow someone to publish something that was not said nor that is incorrect. The article gives information on what the president would like to do to help reduce or cut out the drop out rates that are occurring in America. Also the ad gives suggestions in using support groups to help aid in this effort. Title: Drop out prevention Author: Quillen, Ian I find this article to be credible since it is involved with the educational studies. It has numerous articles listed in the university’s library. The source is trying to help cut down the drop out rates with gathering the three parties together with the children. Title: High School Dropouts in America Author: Alliance For Excellent Education I find this source credible for two reasons. One it has the link ending with .org and second the author gives all the cite references information at the end with endnotes....
