What information about race and ethnicity in the United States has helped you better understand or relate to specific minority groups? Most of the census and percentage information has helped me to better understand the different races and minority groups. The reason for this is because some of the percentages and facts were not what I thought they would be. I have a better understanding about how many Asian Americans and Native Americans are in the United States. I also have a better understanding of these races backgrounds in education, lifestyle, and other categories. - Have you learned something new about your own cultural history? I actually did not learn anything new about my own cultural history. Most of the things that were discussed I was already aware of in some form or another.
