I am planning to manufacture a designer shoes factory and an indoor shoes store in Malaysia. Our company receives our product from our own factory. We will corporate with famous designer shoes company in United States, Europe, and around the world. My company will ask them to give us a right to sale their products in Malaysia. There will be a contract between us and my company is also a dealer and distributor.

Why investing in Malaysia? Many Asia perches designer lines from western countries to Asia because the currency difference. All designer lines are cheaper in western counties, so if I could build a factory and a store in Malaysia, and sales with a cheaper price compare to the western counties it will be a good business plan. Malaysia consists of different community such as Malays, Chinese and India. Thus, compare to other country, citizen in Malaysia has almost 50 years dealing with community that have different culture with them. This shown, citizen in Malaysia were well adapted to the culture difference. Malaysia have a stable political system which respected by every citizen. While in economic part, Malaysia had had one of the best economic records in Asia since its independence. Malaysia is a federal constitutional monarchy in Southeast Asia. Malaysia is a multicultural society, with Malays, Chinese and Indians living side by side. It consists of thirteen states and three federal territories and has a total landmass of 329,847 square kilometers. The Malays is the largest community. They are Muslims and they speak Bahasa Melayu. Malays is those who control the majority political power in Malaysia. Malaysia is considering a developing country where the international trade important for this country. According to World Bank, Malaysia ranks 24 th in Ease of doing business in the aspects of getting credit, protecting investor and doing trade across border. () Economy in Malaysia According to World Bank, Malaysia is an upper middle income country. Malaysia’s economic has been one of the Asia’s best after independent. GDP per capita in Malaysia was $14,700 in 2010 and the GDP real worth rate was 7.1% in
