Unit 5 DB 5 Yvonne N. Adams AIU Online The main key to day for companies to stay on top is to remain competitive in today’s market. The Value Chain Management that was developed by Michael Porter shows companies how to gain value to their company. This layout describes in detail what companies need to achieve and react in order to maximize their value. If I was the CEO of this company, I would use the primary activities steps listed below in order to gain revenue. (Value Chain Analysis, n.d.) Operations Outbound logistics Marketing and Sales Services The goods and material obtained are manufactured into the final product. Value is then added to the product which gives it the “go” to move to the production line.
