Keep a log of your time to see where the time goes 6. Establish time limits 7. Make the best out of meetings 8. Learn to become familiar with computer These tips will affect me as an educator by helping me manage my time and become a better educator. As an educator I dont want to spend too much time on one specific subject. If I use all of the tips that I recorded, I should become a successful teacher. Using the motivAider will help me managing my time with my students effectively. The first point that I noted was to include a student -centered planner. If my planner is focused on my students, it will make them interested in what is being learned and I can make more group times for my students.
