The richest? I do not thin citizenship should be just given out. It should not matter how bad someone needs citizenship or how much money they have. They need to all follow the rules just like everyone else who needs and wants citizenship. I also do not think talent or money has anything to do with becoming a citizen. 3) Should applicants from certain countries be given priority? I do not think applications should be given priority based on the country the applicant is coming from. They should only be priority is a threat is sensed from the applicant and they need to deny them citizenship....
