Only huge manufacturing companies are the organizations but also various kinds of stores, volunteer groups and even schools. Organization functions on a relatively continuous basis as well. *work environment - the AET begins b recognizing that emotions are a response to an event in the work environment. it includes anything that is surrounding the job(various kinds of tasks, job demands etc.). *Work events -the work environments that were created in the previous step make work events to occur that can be hassles, uplifts or both (daily different). *Personal dispositions - the work events trigger positive or negative emotional reactions. It’s moderated by the employee's mood and personality. Which means next step would be the *emotional reaction whether it's positive or negative. In 3rd step, personality predisposes people to respond with greater lesser intensity to the event. But on the other hand, people who scored low in mood stability, they with greater lesser intensity to the event....
