2 Operational Conflicts That Can Occur in an International Context Operational Conflicts That Can Occur in an International Context There are many chances to have operational conflicts within a company because of differences in context of many common areas of business. If the managers are not careful, they will run the risk of having major problems within their operation of their business. This paper will show some of those examples and differences. Differences in cultural attitudes with regards to time and work-time can create a number of dilemmas within the workplace. The amount of stress placed on timelines, timing of appointments and the numbers of hours worked can all cause differences in opinions depending on its context within each person’s culture. Cultures that have a relaxed attitude toward time are not as likely to be concerned about deadlines and
