SUMMARY, CONCLUSIONS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS Carpal tunnel syndrome has been becoming more and more of a problem within the office. The amount of typing required by the workers has increased the possibility of obtaining carpal tunnel. The questionnaire was sent out to make sure employees are aware of the problem. The problem addressed in the survey was handed out and answered by ninety-seven people. This questionnaire was developed to see if the employees were aware of the need to help those with carpal tunnel syndrome through health care benefits. The survey was sent out to the employees to see how much they understood about the issue and their opinions of how the company should go about and treat the problem. The survey of ninety-seven employees from the company provided the primary data for the study. Carpal tunnel is a disease which occurs in your median nerve in your wrist and affects the maneuverability of your wrist. The actual causes are unknown, however, repeated stress on the wrists and stress from work are assumed to lead to carpal tunnel as stated by the National
