FORMATIVE ASSESSMENT ACTIVITIES 2 Formative Assessment Activities Organizations are always looking for ways to cut operational expenses associated with insurance premiums, employees’ wages and other workplace related necessities. A way to save money and improve employees’ performance, most organizations are implementing wellness programs that provide incentive for those employees who decide to joint. Computers by Design (CBD) owners are proposing a couple of methods to cut expenses, but they must comply with the different regulations to avoid any legality issues and expensive fines.
