She is constantly worried about the future, whether or not she will be able to handle everything, that it has caused a strain on her marriage and on the idea of reaching her goals. • History of problems: Gertrude has faced problems with depression and anxiety in the past around age 14- 17 and now currently. She took medicine and had family support.
