Building will and self-awareness If a family member of mine stood up and stated five significant strengths that contributed to my successful graduation? I would have to say that one of my strongest strengths is dedication to my school work by achieving good grades and continuing my education even through tough times. I think another good strength I have is keeping my eye focused on what I want and not turning my back on what I plan on achieving. My ability to aim for my personal best and never giving up on myself, but striving to reach for the stars is one of my greatest strengths. Unformatted text preview: degree, working with the soldiers on the army base, and being able to still be a foster parent for a child that needs me. I am definitely going to finish my degree in psychology that way I can counsel the soldiers who fight for freedom. I want to be able to return my time to our soldiers that work hard, by being able to be there for them when they need someone to talk to. I want to also be able to continue being a foster parent. I enjoy children and I want to be able to foster a child that is in need. I think if I was able to contribute to my community, then I want it to be able to be on my resume so I can be proud of giving back to others....
