Unformatted text preview: Elevator Speech When talking to my friends in regard to distance learning, I eplain how we communicate, turn in assignments, where we go to discuss the topics, how we get our grades and the way we get feedback from our instructors and other students. First, we log online and go to our assigned classes and log into the forum which is the place where other classmates and our instuctor gives us feedback from our topics we posted. We also get our assignments here from our instructors. It is amazing how we can all be online at the same time and communicate, this is called asynchronous communication. We get to read each others postings and leave a comment about their assignments. We can post a threaded discussion to our classmates comments by leaving a response to there topics. We can also open a new threaded topic and leave it for classmates to communicate back with us. We add to everyones threaded discussion to build an understanding of how we each refer to their comments. I t is how we communicate between each other just like you do in a...
