CheckPoint: Relationship Strategies • Choose one love relationship in your life; it does not have to be a romantic love relationship. • Post a 200- to 300-word response explaining which strategies you could use to strengthen the relationship and describe how the relationship would be strengthened. The relationship that I decided to use is the relationship with my husband. We have been married almost four years, and we dated three years before we were married. We have had many experiences and had to handle all different situations together. These things have helped us grow closer, but I know that if we want this relationship to last that we have to continue to work on it and I think that the strategies in this chapter can help us to do that. The first strategy that we should use is craving out time to talk. I am not oblivious to the fact that my husband and I need to work on our communication skills and actually take the time to talk more.
