AT&T: Technology, Innovation and The Effect of Eliminating the Unlimited Data Plans Our goal is to enrich our customers' personal lives and to make their businesses more successful by bringing to market exciting and useful communications services, building shareowner value in the process. As the largest wireless carrier in our nation our spirited employees and user friendly devices play a huge role in us being able to do so. The company has faced increasingly congested networks due to data traffic. Heavy data usage by a small percentage of customers affects our networks. i A slow network due to too many people using the network at once was once a common customer complaint. Dropped calls and deflated internet connections due to the overcrowded network are unacceptable to our hard working company.
