Social entrepreneurship is when a nonprofit organization which work to solve social problem in a large scale. Unlike business entrepreneurs who seek out to make profit rather than “social values.” Although social entrepreneurship is a nonprofit organization, when compared to traditional nonprofit organizations there are a few differences. The major difference is that tradition nonprofit organization generates money to solve small scale effects with immediate change but social entrepreneurship works for long term change. Social Entrepreneurs find problems and try to change them, even if it means changing the system. When working in a project or any new task you must take in consideration the risks that may occur. A social entrepreneur risks the possibility of failing; the financial problems may cripple the organization, and in worst case scenario, force the organization to shut down. In order for a social entrepreneurship to succeed it must need the funds and resources to do so. Our members of the capitalistic society are always looking out to help a cause because they know it will give them a good image. Both parties gain something out of it which is why they are willing to work together.
