Bloom's Taxonomy within a Planning Pyramid Teachers today use several different factors of the planning pyramid to help ensure students understand their work. Many teachers find it extremely helpful to write down what is expected of the students and also what they will be learning in class. Teachers label sections of the curriculum: what some student will learn, what most students will learn, and what all students should learn. By doing this and having content presentations, students have a very good understanding and knowledge of exactly what is expected of them while trying to learn about their classroom subjects. They have found teachers who provide different kinds of videos along with other samples really tend to help their students with learning.

Unformatted text preview: With the planning pyramid teachers do provide practice because they give their students a chance to work with each other, essentially creating a buddy system amongst themselves. They have learning logs, vocabulary flash, unit tests and weekly quizzes to test the success of the students as well as the teachers. By having quizzes teachers get an idea of how well her students are learning and understanding the curriculum, and at what level. Obviously not all students are going to be on the same level, they do however all need to have the basic understanding and the minimum requirements for the grade level they are in. Following the planning pyramid is a very unique, not only does it help the teacher but it also helps the students....
