Unformatted text preview: Math 221 Week 2 Lab Submitted by: Eric Zakrzewski Part 1. Random Sampling Using the Data Analysis ToolPak I chose Sampling. The input range are the numbers I gave the accounts (1-74). You then input 20 for number of samples and the output range. Once the random selection is made I simply did a sort of smallest number to highest number. Ordere d Sampl e 2 8 14 16 20 25 26 33 36 36 39 39 42 47 48 56 57 58 72 73 Part 2. Cereal and Fiber Type Using the table below I created the two charts with the given data. Fiber Type Frequenc y High Fiber 22 Medium Fiber 29 Low Fiber 33 Total 84 Part 3. Milk Production 1. Find the sample mean. To find the sample mean you input the command =average(data_range) or (A2:A51) = 2270.54 2. Find the sample standard deviation. To find the standard deviation you input the command =stdev(data_range) or (A2:A51) = 653.18 3. Make a frequency distribution for the data. Distribution is started at right....
