C ourse D escription: Human Resource Management is a course designed to make the students familiar with the concepts of managing human resources. As rightly said that the organizations need effective people not efficient people. The course also describes the bench mark practices of Human Resource Management Course Objective: The course will cover the development of human resource for organizations with emphasis on planning, employee acquisition, training, professional development, performance appraisal; compensation and benefit packages and development of policies and procedures in international and domestic environments. Please arrive and leave on time. Class will begin promptly five minutes after the hour and will end exactly on the hour. Late arrivals
