Unformatted text preview: Looking over CNN.com I would like to have paid child care and a health center. It is not something that I absolutely have to have but if it were offered I wouldn’t turn it down. When I start running my own business I will be working by myself for a while until I am on my feet but when I start to hire employees I will offer everything I would want. To produce job satisfaction with most of the people I know I would have to have child care. I know how hectic it can be if you need someone to be there to watch your child but they are running late. I would also offer health care. Maybe not the best but what we can afford. I would offer to pay part of it and the rest comes out of their paychecks. I would definitely have a day each quarter for recognition for my few employees because it is nice to get noticed for something every once in a while. So it doesn’t feel like you are just going to work doing your job and going home you are being recognized for an accomplishment....
