Sign both your exam packet and your SCANTRON answer sheet immediately, and turn both in to the proctor when you leave the exam room. On the tirst page of your exam packet, include your name, lD#, lab TA name, lab section and lab day. Initial the remaining pages of the exam. 2. .MAKE SURE BOTH YOUR NAME AND YOUR STUDENT I.D. NUMBER ARE WRITTEN AND BUBBLED ON THE SCANTRON ANSWER SHEET! The computer searches and sorts by l.D. number. 2. Mark the SCANTRON answer sheet carefully, preferably with a #2 pencil. Fill the entire bubble. Don't mark your answer sheet until you are sure of the choice. lf you change an answer, erase all vestiges of the previous mark, or the computer will recognize two marks and give no credit 3. lUake sure your chosen answer corresponds with the number marked on your SCANTRON. Cries for mercy that you knew the correct answer but accidentally did not mark the correct number will not carry the day. 4; Read your altemative choices very carefutty before choosing a correct answer. SCANTBON questions should be challenging but not devious; we try. There is usually a key word that quickly eliminates a wrong choice, so read each word carefully.
