Sign both your exam packet and your SCANTRON answer sheet immediately, and turn tloth in to the proctor when you leave the exari room. f)n the first page of your exam packet, include your name, ID#, lab TA name, hb.section and lab day. Please write legibly! 2. MAKE SURE BOTH YOUR NAME AND YOUR STUDENT I.D. NUMBER ARE WRITTEN AND BUBBLED ON THE SCANTRON ANSWER SHEET! The oomputer searches/sorts by I.D. Number. 2.
