4 Habit 2: Begin with the End in Mind The “Begin with the End in Mind” habit is a very positive and helpful habit that I need to follow and develop not only in the management career path but also in daily life. This habit is based on imagination and on the principle that all things are created twice. Am I right now who I want to be? What is my mission statement? That kind of question appeared when I read the book. I asked myself and honestly admitted that I did not set up my own first creation before. However, I have set up my learning plan to identify my goals for the time making internship on this summer. I believe that to begin each day with firmly value in my mind, I can be more proactive in my working. Now, I believed that before you do something, you should set up the goals to focus on it then you think how it can be done to have the plan to get the job done and the last thing you should do is check your working again to have experience lessons. Now, the thing I still concern about is my long term goals and my person mission statement. I know that I create my own destiny and secure the future I envision, not another person or any circumstances, but it’s ashamed to admit that this habit challenges me a lot both in working and in my life. Although I regard the meaning of this habit, there is another also important is how you can get the job done after you set up your goals and the habit 3, “Put first thing first”, talks more about how. Habit 3: Put First Thing First Covey’s Third Habit is “Put First Things First” and addresses time management. This habit challenges me a lot as an internship for this summer. It is important to know how to prioritize daily and weekly activities. Moreover, it is essential that you distinguish between important activities and urgent activities. As the time doing internship, I recognize that the ability
