Capstone CheckPoint After reviewing Chapter 12 of Keys to College Studying: Becoming an Active Thinker , I completed the Make Responsible Choices activity. This exercise made me think about what I have done so far in my life that would allow me to adapt to a job in which I had no experience or training. It also made me think about what five strengths I believe other people see in me that would contribute to my successful college graduation. If I were prepping for an interview for a job in a field in which I had no training or experience, I would list five items that would indicate to the interviewer that I am prepared to succeed in any field. The first is that I have worked in a variety of fields that required me to take on different roles. I have worked as a CAN in different fields such as a nursing home, an emergency room, and at a prison. Each location required different skills. While at basic training, I served as a Separation Guide, leading groups as large as 40 people through their out processing. Also working as a childcare provider and taking
