Week 4 - Assessed Discussion : Master Budget The master budget is a detailed and comprehensive analysis of an organization’s long- and short-term goals. Identify the major inputs to the master budget and the usefulness of each. The master budget involves all functions and management levels. The master budget has many  interrelated components. Operational and financial budgets are part of the master budget, in the form of  these: 1. Sales budget 2. Production budget 3. Direct materials purchase budget 4. Direct materials usage budget 5. Direct labor budget 6. Factory overhead budget 7. Ending inventories budget 8. Cost of goods sold budget 9. Selling expense budget 10. Administrative expense budget 11. Budgeted income statement 12. Cash budget 13.
