University of Asia and the Pacific ABSTRACT The experiment enabled the researchers to conduct a study on different types of cells. Bacteria, Protozoa, Cyanobacterium, Alagae and Yeast were closely observed under the microscope. Plant cells and Animal cells were also differentiated in our activity INTRODUCTION Cells is the basic unit of life, separated from the environment by a plasma membrane. It is the fundamental structure of life as well. The experiment focused on the physical structures of eukaryotes, prokaryotes, plants and animal cells. At the end the researchers must be able to identify the structures and its unique traits. MATERIALS AND METHODS Microscopes, Slides of bacteria, algae, protozoa, fungi, glass slides and cover slips, Rhoeo discolor leaf, methylene blue solution and colored pencils.
