INTRODUCTION The University of Santo Tomas, Manila is located at Sampaloc, Manila that houses 43,000 students, 7,000 faculties and staffs. With this huge population, there are problems that arose such as threats to the safety of the students of the university, calamities, and many more. These problems were experienced by most students of the university and even experienced by the researchers. Having a free shuttle service is not just maximizing the tuition fees paid by the students but also to prevent the possible accidents or threats that the students, faculties and staffs of the university can experience in the future. It can also be a source of income to our dear university. IMPORTANCE OF THE PROJECT The importances of this proposal are as follows: 1. Transportation issues are a large part of commuters concern. In order to go to the school proper the students of UST must take a tricycle or pedicab since there’s no jeepney
