25th June 2011 Human Resource Project Men’s Wearhouse’s success can be contributed to its employees. It’s employee’s work together through teamwork (Noe, Hollenbeck, Gerhart, Wright, et al 2009 p. 35). Teamwork is present in varies ways. Men’s Wearhouse’s “training materials” explains the relationship employees have with each other (Halford, 2011). It demonstrates how employees are considered the customers. It uses the term “Servant Leadership” (Halford, 2011). Men’s Wearhouse has created the environment for its employees using the teamwork as a foundation gives the company the low” voluntary turnover rate” (Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work for 2011). The Fortune 100 Best Companies to work for 2011 has the “voluntary turnover rate at 16 percent” for Men’s Wearhouse (Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work for 2011). Its company website states, “it’s our employees that are the heart and soul of our business” (Wearhouse, 2011). The case study explains the teamwork and socialization through group I Men’s Wearhouse hires using nepotism (Noe, 2011 p. 135).
