Only approxi- mation is needed. (So your sketch does not have to look exactly like Matlabs plot.) The Matlab plots are only used for verification purpose in this solution. Problem 6.5 (f) Magnitude: The gain at the very beginning is about 32dB at = 0 . 1. The slope of the asymptotes are -20, -60, -20 (dB/dec). Phase: Starting phase: -90. Ending phase: -90. Both of the following plot should be considered correct. The first is based on hand sketch, and the second one is Matlabs result.
