(b) I needed five acres of water to fill the swimming pool. Does not make sense. Acres describes area, while you need volume to describe how much water you need. 4. (1 pt) The number of daily newspapers in the United States was 2000 in 1900 and 1500 in 2000. Find the relative change. (Please put the fraction in lowest terms.) Solution: The new value (NV) is 1500 and the refrenece value (RV) is 2000.
