Conceptualizing a Business Part 1 2 A early childhood, developing a business takes time, effort, skills and strategic planning. The facility is organized into learning centers which are planned to provide the children with a wide variety of activities to benefit their development emotionally, socially, intellectually and physically . An early childhood educational facility takes as much effort. The early learning facility is an on site lab to provide for the education of the young children from 6 weeks through 4 years old. A SWOTT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats, and Trends) is a simple framework for developing an alternative plan. “Missions, visions and values are supposed to be the North Star of strategic planning, the beacon by which organizations set their strategic compasses and then align their everyday priority setting. But let’s face it; the prospect of attending a visioning session is not always greeted with enthusiasm by the conscripts.”(Logan, 2004) One of the first ways to define the business is by developing a mission statement. A mission statement sums up why an organization exists. It can guide a firm and help it stay focused on the things that are most important. It explains the intentions, priorities, and values to clients,
