Axia College Material Appendix B Final Project Preview My Topic : When one selects a particular professional life, does that also give one a certain set of moral obligations? My Notes: Principle Issues of My Topic 1. What are the moral obligations of Social Service professionals? 2. Do we acquire knowledge of our moral obligations, or do some come with work experience? 3. What moral obligations are lacking in the Social Service field? 4. What is/are the most difficult moral obligation(s) that I must uphold as Social Service worker? Philosophies Related to My Topic I have read Hume’s ideas and discussed my agreement in a past discussion question #1 of week 2 in class. Hume theorizes on humans’ ethical obligations and how we acquire our moral standards. He also expresses concepts relating to the fact that humans know what moral obligations are and the different types of morals people uphold in different life circumstances. Misconception
