AGB Nielsen Media Research (AGB Nielsen Media Research) latest survey of China's TV media market: Beijing
audience on the central channel, TV channels, local channels the same; Shanghai audiences prefer local channels;
Guangzhou viewers prefer foreign channels. Three major cities in the audience have their own preferences for
different types of programs.
AGB Nielsen Media Research analysis of 20 major cities across the country viewing the situation, including:
Beijing, Chengdu, Chongqing, Fuzhou, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Shanghai, Shenyang, Tianjin and Wuhan.
As China's vast and highly segmented geographic composition of the population, the situation of the city have
different viewing audience.
Three cities have different channel preferences
Survey, the nation's major cities, the local channel viewing, day or night in the local television market leading
position in both the evening hours (18:00-23:59) Local channels viewing share of 60%. The performance of the
central channel of the ratings better than the TV channel, the central channel during the day, the viewing share of
34%, while only 19% of TV channels. Evening hours, the central and satellite television channels viewing share has
